Center St. R/R crossing closed

Traffic in the downtown area will be affected by the temporary closure of the South Center Street railroad crossing the remainder of this week, according to City of Perry officials.

Work on the railroad crossing located near Rosehead Park and Angel’s Dog Park on South Center St. began on Monday, Sept. 9 with minor traffic delays as the existing asphalt road surface was cut for removal.
