Barbara J. Upshaw, 63, of Perry, passed away on Sept. 5, 2019, in Tallahassee.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, Sept. 14, at 10 a.m., at Mt. Olive Missionary Baptist Church. Interment will follow at Springhill Cemetery.

The family will receive friends today (Friday) from 4-6 p.m. At Mt. Olive.

Barbara was preceded in death by her daughter, Nita Yvette Upshaw, but memories of her will live on with: her husband, Otis; daughter, Kalessa Upshaw (Calvin Barnett); granddaughters, C’Mone Crowell (Joey), Monique Wilkerson (Perry), Brianna Love and Kamaren Futch; great-grandchildren, Akirah Lewis, Glenn Lewis, Dareon Upshaw, Javen Crowell, Ayden Upshaw, Zy’Anna Upshaw, Alexander Upshaw, Preslie Crowell, Peyton Wilkerson, Perryale Wilkerson, and Dwaunyell Wilkerson.

Evans Walker Funeral Home of Perry is in charge of all arrangements.
