New contest puts a little ‘sizzle’ in BBQ festival

USDA prime makes its debut at this weekend’s Smokin’ in the Pines BBQ Festival with a brand-new steak competition.

The open competition – pre-registration is required – will be held Friday, Sept. 20, with a top prize of $1,000.
