Veterans: Our Guardians at the Gate

Taylor County will honor the men and women of the community who have given their lives to something bigger than themselves, service to their country, with a number of special Veterans Day events beginning today (Friday) and continuing through Monday, Nov. 18.

Local students in Perry and Steinhatchee will honor veterans today (Friday) with programs planned at 8 a.m. and 2 p.m. respectively.
