Tharpe, Beach will seek property appraiser seat

Two candidates have filed this week to run for Taylor County Property Appraiser: Abbey Lundy Tharpe and Shawna Beach.

Incumbent Bruce Ratliff announced Wednesday he will not seek re-election in 2020 (see related story).
