Sally Rosemarie Taylor

Mrs. Sally Rosemarie Taylor, 55, passed away on November 3, 2019. Sally was born July 22, 1964, in Waukegan, Ill., to Louie Yarc Sr. and Rose Yarc.

Sally was a horse trainer and also enjoyed fishing, scalloping and being outdoors. She had a real heart of compassion for animals. She would retrieve and take injured animals to St. Francis Wildlife Refuge in Tallahassee. She would also take in rescue horses and work to get them to a good home.  

Sally was preceded in death by her father Louie Yarc Sr., her brother Louie Yarc Jr. and her sister Tina DeFilippis.

Taylor is survived by her husband of 37 years Mr. Jimmie Taylor; her daughter Ashley Taylor, her sister Gail Hilson, brothers David Yarc, Keith Yarc and Russell Yarc, as well as a host of nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, Nov. 9, at 2 p.m. at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church with Father Matthew Busch officiating.
