SRWMD, FEMA to discuss updated flood maps

The Suwannee River Water Management District (SRWMD) has partnered with the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) to update FEMA flood maps by conducting “flood study” projects in the area.

A “kickoff meeting” for Taylor County property owners and others located within the “Aucilla Watershed” is scheduled for Thursday, Nov. 14 from 10 a.m. until 12 noon at the Greenville City Hall building located at 154 SW Old Mission Ave. in Greenville.
