    One dead in head-on collision

    Katie Wimberly of Mayo was driving in the wrong lane when she crashed head-on into a Tallahassee couple, killing the driver.

    A Tallahassee woman who celebrated her 33rd birthday the day before was killed in a head-on collision here Sunday night, Nov. 10, while traveling on Highway 19 North.

    Her husband, who was a passenger in the car with her, sustained serious injuries and remained hospitalized as of presstime Tuesday.
