Taylor County War Eagle teams advance to state championships

The Boys & Girls Club-sponsored Taylor County War Eagles football program will be sending three teams to the UYFL State Championships, which will be held in Leesburg, Georgia this Saturday.

The 6-and-under (6U) War Eagles defeated the Thomasville Legends, 63-56 last week in a game that went into four overtime periods before the local team was able to punch their ticket to the state championship game in Leesburg.
