Library will add outside seating

The Taylor County Public Library will soon have outside seating for patrons, after Taylor County Commissioners endorsed a plan presented by Library Manager Jo Ann Morgan.

According to Morgan, maintenance has been an issue with existing flower beds outside the library, while outside seating has been limited.
