Perry jumps into ‘EV’ market with a new charging station

The city and Duke Energy have both signed off on an agreement that names Perry as a site host for an electronic vehicle (EV) charging station pilot program.

The charging station will be located on the city-owned parking lot located on Washington Street (facing the courthouse).
