City stands firm in spite of pushback on code violations

The Perry City Council is standing by its code enforcement policy regarding overgrown wooded lots, despite receiving pushback from residents facing code enforcement violations.

City Manager Taylor Brown asked for direction from council members regarding property owners who have been cited specifically due to complaints regarding overgrown wooded vacant lots.
