Demps seeks re-election to county seat

Taylor County Commissioner Thomas Demps, representing District 5, has filed to run in 2020, seeking a second term in office.

Demps currently has one challenger, Ocie “Gator” Reaves. Both are running as Democrats. To date, they are the only county candidates who have filed to run as Democrats.
