Tobacco, vaping banned at most of county’s parks

The Taylor County Commission unanimously approved an ordinance this week that bans the use of tobacco products and vaping at nearly all county parks.

The ban includes Hodges Park, Southside Park, Hampton Springs Historical Site, Keaton Beach Coastal Park, Taylor County Sports Complex, Shady Grove Community Center and Park and Steinhatchee Community Center and Park.
