Taylor County Commissioners have agreed to stay in a class-action lawsuit against the opioid manufacturing and distribution industry, a suit they first voted to join in the spring of 2018.
At the board’s Nov. 17 meeting, County Attorney Conrad Bishop said he received a letter from the attorneys overseeing the case asking whether the commission wished to remain in the class.
