For the sixth year in a row, those who utilize the in-town shuttle will receive an early holiday gift, after the Taylor County Commission agreed to waive the fee to ride beginning Monday, Dec. 9 and continuing through Jan. 3, 2020.
For the past two years, the entire cost of the free rides was covered by a donation from County Attorney Conrad Bishop, who once again presented a check to the county for $375 — the estimated cost of covering this year’s holiday season rider fees.
