New chair and meeting times for school board

The Taylor County School Board has a new chairman and new meeting times for the coming year, after holding its annual reorganization meeting on Nov. 19.

Following a lengthy debate and discussion, the school board made several changes to their monthly meeting schedule, as well as electing School Board Member Danny Lundy to serve as chairman and former chairman Brenda Carlton to serve as vice-chair.
