County businesses to see 9% Waste Pro hike

The approximately 200 businesses located in the unincorporated area of the county using Waste Pro for solid waste collection services will see an increase in their bills beginning in February of next year.

Waste Pro’s current contract with the Taylor County Commission is set to expire on Jan. 31, 2020, and the company was the sole bidder to answer the county’s request for proposals seeking a new contract.
