    Taylor Coastal Water and Sewer District has one (1) opening on its governing Board of Commissioners. Potential commissioners must be a registered voter in Florida and own real property within the boundaries of the District. This opening is to serve the remainder of a four year term that began May 3, 2012 and will end on May 3, 2016. Monthly Board Meetings are held at 3: pm every fourth Tuesday at the District Office located at 18820 Beach Road, Perry, Fl. 32348. Attendance may also be requested for any special called meetings.
    Interested parties should submit in writing their desire to serve along with a copy of their Florida Drivers License. The request must be delivered to the District Office located at 18820 Beach Road, Perry, Fl. 32348 by 4:00 p.m. on August 12, 2013. All applications will be surrendered to the Taylor County Board of Commissioners for appointment. Further information may be obtained by calling (850) 578-3043.

    Timberland Ford claims lien on a 2002 Mercury 4M2ZU66E82UJ13380 located at 2441 S. Byron Butler Pkwy, Perry FL., 32348, 850-584-6178 for labor and services performed. If the cash sum at the date of the sale is paid to Timberland Ford this would be sufficient to redeem the vehicle.
    Lien claimed is subject to enforcement pursuant to section 713.585, Florida Statutes and the vehicle may be sold to satisfy the lien. Scheduled sale of this vehicle is July 25, 2013 2:30 pm at 2441 S Byron Butler Pkwy, Perry, FL. 32348.
    Any person claiming an interest in or lien thereon has a right to a hearing at any time prior to the scheduled date of sale by filling a demand for hearing with the clerk of the circuit court in the county in which the vehicle is held and mailing copies of the demand for hearing to all other owners and lienors as reflected on the notice.
    Owner of the vehicle has a right to recover possession of the vehicle without instituting judicial proceedings by posting bond in accordance with the provisions of section 559.917, Florida Statutes (Motor Vehicle Repair Act.)
    Any proceeds from the sale of the vehicle remaining after payment of the amount claimed to be due and owing to the lienor will be deposited with the clerk of the circuit court for disposition upon court order.
