Donald Alex Istvan, 74, passed away on December 27, 2019, in Perry. Donald was born April 21, 1945.

Donald honorably served our country in the United States Marine Corps during the Vietnam War. Donald came to Perry from Connecticut two years ago with his girlfriend Judy Bratchell.

Donald was tragically killed as a pedestrian here in late December, there is no known family here locally. Being that he was a veteran he will be taken to Tallahassee National Cemetery for burial with military honors.

The service will be held on Monday, January 27 at 11 a.m. for anyone who wishes to attend. All arrangements are under the direction of Burns Funeral Home of Perry.
