Keaton Beach facelift tops $1 million

The Taylor County Commission’s planned renovations of Hodges Park at Keaton Beach continue to expand in both scope and cost, with the expected price tag now expected to exceed $1 million.

The commission agreed this week to move forward with applying for a $200,000 grant to help fund the work, also approving the latest conceptual plans for the renovations.
