    Pilot arrested for racist, pro-Trump graffiti at airport

    A Perry man working as a commercial airline pilot was arrested and charged with nine counts of misdemeanor criminal mischief on Friday, January 17 after admitting to vandalizing Tallahassee International Airport and two vehicles with racial slurs.

    The arrest of James Ellis Dees, 53, came more than a year after several racist messages and graffiti apparently supporting President Donald Trump began appearing at various locations in the airport, including restrooms, a parking lot elevator and vehicles located in parking lots.
