Taylor County 4-H’ers can expect to see improvements and changes at Camp Cherry Lake this summer, as Florida 4-H breaks ground at the 83-year-old camp today for “critical” renovations and expansions.
From 1-3 p.m. today (Friday, Jan. 31), Florida 4-H alumni, friends and community leaders will gather at the camp in Madison to reveal “the vision of Florida 4-H Camping in 2020” — a $750,000 project that will begin with the expansion of the camp’s recreational pavilion.
