Illegal gaming hall busted on Hwy. 19

Both the city and county have taken steps to keep internet gaming cafes — or “adult arcades” — out of Perry and Taylor County.

The Taylor County Commission recently passed another moratorium on issuing business license tax permits for any of the sweepstake centers, internet gaming or adult arcades within the unincorporated area of the county.
