400-acre burn is set Feb. 12

The Florida Forest Service (FFS) will be conducting a 400-acre prescribed burn near the corner of Puckett Road and Golf Course Road on Wednesday, Feb. 12, pending appropriate weather conditions.

This prescribed burn will ignited by ground crews from the Perry District of the FFS, as well as a Florida Forest Service Mitigation team.
