Daniel McLeod put his face in his hands and began to sob as Clerk of Court Annie Mae Murphy read a verdict of “not guilty” Thursday afternoon.
The former law enforcement officer was on trial for one count of lewd or lascivious molestation (on a minor under the age of 16) and one count of lewd or lascivious battery (on a minor under the age of 16).
