Betty Jean Cooley departed this life on Feb. 14, 2020, at her home in Perry.
She was born in Cairo, Ga., on July 2,1944. She lived most of her life in Perry.
Her memory will forever be cherished by: her children, Alicia Renee Cooley, Nathaniel King Cooley (Loretta), Sheldred King Cooley (Patricia) and John L. Miller (Deloris); six grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren; as well as a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, sorrowing relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, Feb. 22, at 11 a.m., at the Glorious Rain Church of God of Prophecy, 110 Maurice Linton Road. Bishop Tommy Hughes will be conducting the service. Interment will follow at Springhill Cemetery Cemetery. Public viewing will be held today (Friday) from 4-6 p.m. at Glorious Rain Church of God of Prophecy.
Final rites are entrusted to A.M. White Mortuary.
