Perry man charged with exposure, exploitation

Details regarding an incident where a Perry man exposed himself to an elderly family member are shielded by domestic violence protections, and not available for public release, the police department reported Thursday.

Drug use is suspected in the case, which happened Wednesday, Feb. 26, and resulted in the arrest of William Isaac Whorton, 29.
