School officials are warning students of the serious consequences of creating, sending or sharing threatening or racist messages, memes or photos this week, as local law enforcement investigators continue to interview witnesses and gather information in connection with a Monday incident that resulted in the suspension of two students who may also face second-degree felony charges.
Taylor County Middle School (TCMS) and Taylor County High School (TCHS) administrators met with students on Wednesday to warn that any type of threatening communications would result in severe disciplinary action.
