Man found guilty of lewd, lascivious battery of minor

Vadarrius Bernard Bailey is facing a minimum of 50 years in prison after a six-person jury found the 37-year-old guilty of lewd or lascivious battery of a minor on Thursday, Feb. 26, following one day of testimony.

After less than two hours of deliberating, the jury returned a guilty verdict, sealing Bailey’s fate.
