Bonnie Jo Wells, 65, died Aug. 3, 2013, in Tallahassee.

Memorial services will be held Sunday, Aug. 4, at 3 p.m. at First Baptist Church in Perry.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial donations be made to Blue Creek Baptist Church for a stained-glass window in her memory.
