Richard D. Steadman of Perry passed away on March 2, 2020.

He was a native of Perry and was a member of Little Bethel AME Church where his service will be held Saturday, March 7, at 1:30 p.m.

Viewing will be held today (Friday) from 5-7 p.m. At the church (205 West Walnut St.).

He is survived by: his wife of 56 years, Barbara Steadman; children, Kara Steadman-Crowell and Victor Steadman; grandchildren, Fallon Steadman, Crystal Hill, Richard Florence and Constance Choice (Aaron); 10 great-grandchildren; and a host of other loving relatives and friends too numerous to list.

Evans Walker Funeral Home of Perry is in charge of arrangements.
