Virus causes spring break travel worries

Taylor County students are not expected to see any disruption of upcoming spring break travel plans or scheduled field trips due to concerns regarding the coronavirus/COVID-19 outbreak.

As of presstime Tuesday, the state had reported 14 positive cases of COVID-19, which includes 12 diagnosed in Florida, five diagnosed and isolated in another state and one confirmed positive non-Florida resident isolated in the state.
