Write a short story! Contest now open

The Friends of the Taylor County Public Library are pleased to announce their upcoming 14th annual Friends of the Taylor County Public Library Short Story Contest.

This year’s contest is for creative short stories written by local authors of all ages. There will be cash prizes for the winning stories in each age category. Rules and guidelines for this year’s contest are available at the Taylor County Public Library, 403 N. Washington Street.

The deadline for entering your short stories in the contest will be Friday, April 17, 5:30 p.m.
