2 investigators resign from sheriff’s office

Two drug task force investigators, including a member of the sheriff’s office command structure, recently submitted their resignations to Taylor County Sheriff Wayne Padgett.

Taylor County Sheriff’s Office (TCSO) Drug Task Force Investigator Capt. Jimmy Cash, an 11-year veteran of the sheriff’s office, tendered his resignation on March 9 citing “personal reasons.”
