Murder trial delayed

The third and final suspect to face a jury for the 2018 murder of Kashawn “Chico” Davis has received an unexpected reprieve in the wake of the current coronavirus pandemic.

Jarnell “Roosta” Coverson was scheduled to stand trial next month (May), but due to the COVID-19 affected court docket, the proceedings have been delayed until June.
