A Taylor County man is behind bars after he reportedly led police officers on a dangerous car chase with a toddler in the back seat, forcing two vehicles off the road, before the pursuit ended in a foot chase through the streets of Perry.
Rodquez Dontay Holmes, 27, was arrested on April 11 and charged with fleeing police with a disregard of safety to persons or property, neglect of a child without great bodily harm, a violation of injunction for protection against domestic violence and operating a vehicle without a valid license.
