Hunts leave a legacy of service

After serving up more than 45 years of delicious entrees, with a side of smiles, to the Taylor County community, Jim and Joyce officially closed on the sale of Fiddler’s Restaurant and Pelican Pointe Rentals, along with everything related to their catering business.

March 2, 2020, marked the dawn of a new era for Jim and Joyce Hunt — retirement.

It is a concept and lifestyle change that is truly foreign to the longtime owners of several local food service establishments.
