COVID-19 testing to expand locally

At Monday’s county commission meeting, local Department of Health (DOH) officials announced they will begin testing the public at large for coronavirus (COVID-19) later this week.

According to DOH-Taylor Administrator Padraic Juarez, COVID-19 testing will be available to asymptomatic people — those experiencing no symptoms — at various locations in Taylor County beginning Thursday.
