Hodges Park and sports complex re-open

In addition to re-opening county-controlled boat ramps, the Taylor County Commission agreed this week to re-open Hodges Park, Shady Grove Community Park and portions of the Taylor County Sports Complex.

The walking trails and tennis courts are now open at the sports complex, but no team sports will be allowed at this time. As such, the facility’s soccer and baseball fields, as well as the basketball courts, will remain closed.
