Grand jury to hear murder case

The local State Attorney’s Office plans to convene a grand jury and seek an indictment against Kenneth “Brian” Burns for the murder of his ex-wife, Lori Burns.

However, the timing of those proceedings hinges on the Florida Supreme Court’s relaxing of current restrictions due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
