Scallop webinar scheduled for June 12

Taylor County’s University of Florida Institute of Food and Agriculture Sciences (UF/IFAS) Extension will co-host a “Scalloping During the Pandemic” webinar in advance of the 2020 scalloping season, which is scheduled to begin in less than two weeks on June 15.

In conjunction with Florida Sea Grant and UF/IFAS Nature Coast Biological Station, IFAS Extension Taylor will conduct a 30-minute online presentation to discuss safe scalloping on June 12 at 6 p.m.
