A statewide and national bulletin has been issued for the whereabouts of arson suspect Clyde Laron Miller Jr., 32, who has continued to evade apprehension after allegedly setting fire to his home and his ex-girlfriend’s vehicle last week
“We are still looking for him,” Perry Police Department (PPD) Capt. Gene Franklin said Tuesday.
