County offices remain closed, but sports may resume in July

While county offices will remain closed to the public for now in response to the ongoing coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, county officials say organized sports could begin as early as July, depending on the number of local cases reported between now and then.

For now, county officials are waiting for Gov. Ron DeSantis to announce the start of Phase 2 of the state’s recovery plan.
