    Linda Gail Conley

    Mrs. Linda Gail Conley, 63, of Perry, passed away on May 28, 2020, at Big Bend Hospice House in Tallahassee following an extended illness.

    Linda was born March 17, 1957, in Tallahassee to Thomas Leo Edwards and Myrtie Coleen Robinson Edwards.

    She attended and was a graduate of Taylor County High School.

    Following high school, Linda honorably served our country in the United States Army where she served as an MP and was stationed in Korea.

    She worked as a Quality Control Technician for Chemring Ordinance in Taylor County for 13 years.

    In her spare time she enjoyed gardening and flowers.

    Linda was preceded in death by; her mother, Myrtie Coleen Robinson, and a son, Jonathan Brandon Edwards.

    She is survived by: her husband of 19 years, Donald Edward Conley; her father, Leo Edwards, of Perry; three granddaughters, Morgan Edwards, Shaye Conley and Kaylie Conley; one sister, Debra Joyce, and husband Joe, of Crawfordville; two brothers, Gary Edwards and Johnny Edwards, and wife Vicki, all of Perry; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

    Graveside funeral services were held at 11:30 a.m. on Monday, June 1, 2020, in Pisgah Cemetery with Bro. Danny Lundy officiating.

    All arrangements are under the care of Burns Funeral Home of Perry.
