Former Taylor County High standout Taylor Ratliff seems to have found his game in August as he competes for the Hillsboro (Oregon) Hops–an Arizona Diamondbacks minor league affiliate.
After a sluggish June and July in which Ratliff battled an ankle injury, the 6-2, 170-pound rookie has hit .318 this month, pounding out 7 hits in 22 at-bats including three doubles and five runs scored.
