Padgett: ‘Fight against drugs is far from over’

Sheriff Wayne Padgett has announced his candidacy for a second term in office.

“When I ran for sheriff in 2016, I said my main mission would be to get drugs off the streets of our county, as many other crimes committed may be attributed to the sale and use of illegal narcotics,” Padgett said.
