Taylor has first COVID death

Although the exact cause of death has not yet been determined, the Department of Health in Taylor County (DOH-Taylor) has confirmed that a 78-year old female previously diagnosed with COVID-19 has died.

JoAnn Glascoe, 78, of Perry reportedly lost her battle with coronavirus (COVID-19) Tuesday morning, after a near month-long battle with the virus.
