Beach seeks to succeed Ratliff in appraiser’s seat

Certified Florida Evaluator Shawna Beach has announced her candidacy for the office of Taylor County Property Appraiser after current Property Appraiser Bruce A. Ratliff announced his decision to retire at the end of this term.

Beach is an associate member of the Property Appraisers’ Association of Florida and Certified Florida Evaluator through the Department of Revenue through courses offered with the International Association of Assessing Officers.
