City council updates five-year capital plan

Uncertainty and the potential of reduced tax revenues connected to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic could limit the amount of capital improvement projects undertaken by the City of Perry over the coming year.

The city council recently reviewed, updated and set priorities as part of its Five-Year Capital Improvement Program (CIP) heading into preliminary budget discussions later this year.
